Kids Against Hunger donations have been gratefully received since the early August kick-off.  The goal of $5,000 to send 20,00 meals throughout the next year will be pursued through September.  The KAH bulletin board display in the parish hall provides more information as well as updates towards the goal. Special envelopes are also available there and in a basket in the narthex. If donating by check, please note Kids Against Hunger in the memo line. 

Over the past year Zion has sent 48,000 meals.  We have welcomed more than a dozen other congregations, youth groups, and service groups to our parish hall to help with the labor and to learn more about the full scale of hunger efforts made at Zion.  We hope this wonderful outreach mission project will continue and with your support it surely will.
